The Chef’s Companion is a weekly add-on service designed for omnivores who want help with healthy, plant-based eating—without giving up meat. I provide a curated selection of sides, marinades, and sauces that pair perfectly with the proteins you cook at home.

Who is this for?
This is ideal for busy individuals or families who:

  • Need help making healthy meals taste amazing
  • Like to cook their own meat but want a chef’s touch for everything else
  • Want to simplify weeknight dinners without sacrificing flavor or nutrition

Will this work if I’m trying to eat healthier but still eat meat?
Yes! This offer is designed exactly for that: supporting you with nutrient-dense sides and sauces so the whole meal is more balanced—without giving up animal protein.

Can you help me choose proteins to go with the sides?
Definitely. I’m happy to offer pairing suggestions for each week’s sauces/sides—what goes well with chicken, salmon, tofu, etc.

Can you customize to my dietary needs?
Absolutely. Just like my regular clients, your meals will be tailored to your preferences—gluten-free, low-sodium, anti-inflammatory, and more.

How many people does it serve?
The weekly package serves up to 4 people, family-style. Need a bit more? Let me know and we can scale up.

Do you cook or season the meat?
Nope! You handle the protein, and I provide sauces and marinades to make it shine. Think chimichurri, coconut curry marinades, miso glaze, and more.

What kinds of sides do you offer?
It changes seasonally! Roasted veggies, hearty grain salads, leafy greens, sweet potato mash, simple pastas, slaws, and more. All designed to support your nutrition goals.

How long do the sides and sauces last?
Everything is freshly prepared and designed to last 4–5 days when properly stored in the fridge.

Can I request specific flavors or dishes?
Absolutely. I create your weekly menu based on your preferences and dietary needs, with rotating seasonal options.

Can I use this with your full meal prep packages?
Yes! It can be a standalone service or added on to your regular Chef Liv meal prep package for more variety and flexibility.

Can I try it for one week before committing?
Yes! One-time orders are welcome. If you love it, you can continue weekly or go month-to-month.
