SERVICE AREA

Rooted in Laurel, Maryland, my personal chef service brings a touch of elegance and ease to your everyday dining. Each menu is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your tastes, rhythms, and goals — whether you crave healthful, nourishing dishes or decadent, comfort-driven meals.

I proudly serve clients across Laurel, Baltimore, and Washington, DC, creating customized culinary experiences that turn mealtime into a moment of joy and connection.

PHONE CONSULTATION

After you complete the In-take form, a complementary 15 – 30 minute phone consultation will be arranged prior to your first service to determine your specific needs and address any questions you may have. PERSONALIZED MENU

Each week, a menu is created specifically to fit your needs and food preferences. All meals will be Plant Based and the customizations will proceed from there. I bring food and healing with my Kitchen Pharmacy techniques.

PLANT-BASED CUISINE

I specialize exclusively in plant-based cuisine. All meals are crafted using high-quality, plant-based ingredients, free from meat, poultry, seafood, and animal byproducts (including dairy & eggs).

I offer both Health-Supportive & Non-health-Supportive personal chef services, meaning I can create meals tailored to specific health goals as well as indulgent, comforting, or everyday meals based on your preferences! Whether you’re looking for nourishing, whole-food-based dishes or simply delicious, home-cooked meals, I customize my services to fit your needs.

ACCOMIDATING ALLERGIES

Your health and satisfaction are my top priorities! I carefully customize each menu to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions, ensuring you can enjoy delicious, plant-based meals with peace of mind. Whether you have nut allergies, gluten sensitivity, or other dietary concerns, I tailor every dish to meet your needs while maintaining incredible flavor and variety. GROCERIES & EQUIPMENT

Leave the grocery shopping to me! Please note that grocery costs are not included in the service cost. You will be charged for the exact amount. A receipt will be provided to you if your card is not used for grocery purchases.

COOK DAY

Meal preparation will be conducted at your home, using your equipment. I will bring any additional supplies needed to prepare your meals. Meals will be labeled and placed in your refrigerator. Heating and freezing instructions will be e-mailed to you – physical copy provided upon request.

You do not need to be home while I am cooking. In fact, most people are not home on the day(s) I am scheduled to cook. Your kitchen must be clean upon arrival. This means all dishes must put away (sink, strainer & dishwasher), counter and stove tops must be clean, floors must be cleaned, etc. If the kitchen is not clean, a cleaning fee will be applied to your invoice.

PRICING, PAYMENT & RETAINERS

Full payment is due 72 hours before the scheduled cook day to secure your booking.

  • Weekly Payment Options – Pay per week for ongoing service without a long-term commitment.
  • Monthly Payment Options – Pay upfront for 4 weeks of service.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel at least 4 days before your scheduled service, you will not be charged, and I can reschedule your service (Example: You must cancel by Wednesday if your cook day is Sunday). However, if you cancel 3 days or less before your service, a cancellation fee will apply as this time slot could have been offered to another client. I appreciate your consideration and respect for my time and scheduling commitments.
