Hi, I’m Chef Liv — a plant-forward personal chef who loves transforming classic dishes into vibrant, feel-good, plant-based meals.

My culinary path began after earning a degree in Professional Writing from Penn State University, where storytelling shaped how I approach food: with intention, curiosity, and creativity. In 2013, inspired by The Beauty Detox Solution by Kimberly Snyder, I adopted a meatless lifestyle and quickly fell in love with the craft of plant-based cooking.

To deepen that passion, I went on to graduate with high honors from the Health-Supportive Culinary Arts Program (now the Plant-Based Program) at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City. This training blended culinary technique, nutrition, and specialized dietary knowledge—giving me the foundation to create meals that are both delicious and deeply nourishing.

A special shoutout to my Chef Instructor, Chef Olivia (yes, same name!), whose creativity pushed me to expand my skills, and to my mentor Chef Taryn, whose guidance and belief in my potential shaped the chef I am today.

Now, as a Personal Chef, I bring experience in intimate catering, fine-dining events, and customized meal services for clients with a wide range of needs—including diabetes, high-protein diets, IBS, post-surgery recovery, low sodium, weight loss, high blood pressure, raw vegan lifestyles, and those simply seeking convenient, healthier meals.

Whether I’m crafting flavorful vegan dishes, supporting specialty diets, or designing macro-balanced menus to meet your goals, my work is rooted in expertise, creativity, and genuine care.
