🔮 I’ve never had a tarot or oracle reading. What should I expect?

No experience needed! Each reading is gentle, intuitive, and focused on nourishment—not prediction. We’ll explore your current energy, patterns, and blocks, and use the insights to shape your custom meal plan or ritual guidance.

🍽 Will you give me a full meal plan?

Yes! Each tier includes a custom meal plan tailored to your energy and lifestyle. It’s not restrictive or prescriptive—just real, flavorful meals designed to support your body and spirit.


🌿 What if I have allergies or food restrictions?

I’ll ask about any allergies, sensitivities, or preferences during intake. All meal plans are 100% customized and can be made gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, etc.


🕯 What makes this different from a nutritionist or health coach?

This isn’t about macros or weight loss. I blend intuitive tools (like tarot + energy work) with practical nourishment guidance to help you reconnect to your body, kitchen, and self—on your own terms. Think: less diet culture, more kitchen magick.


🔥 What’s included in the cooking session?

We’ll choose one recipe from your meal plan and prepare it together on Zoom. I’ll guide you through intention-setting, sensory awareness, and intuitive cooking practices so that the process feels sacred, not stressful.


📦 When do I get my reading and plan?

Turnaround is typically 5–7 business days from your booked session. For multi-session containers, your plan arrives shortly after the first session.


📝 Can I ask follow-up questions after our session?

Absolutely. Some tiers include follow-up emails or voice notes for continued support. If your tier doesn’t, you can always book a mini follow-up or join the Sacred Kitchen monthly circle for ongoing guidance.


💸 Do you offer payment plans?

Yes—payment plans are available for Tier 2, Tier 3, and ongoing support. Just reach out and we’ll find something that works for your rhythm and budget.


🌕 Do I need to be spiritual or witchy for this to work?

Nope. You just need to be curious and open. You don’t need crystals or a broom—just a desire to feel more grounded, more nourished, and more connected to yourself.

No. I am not a doctor or licensed medical provider. My work is complementary—not diagnostic. I offer intuitive nourishment coaching, culinary guidance, and energetic insight to support your well-being from a holistic, mind-body-soul perspective. Yes—and no. I don’t treat or cure diseases. But if you’re managing something like high blood pressure, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance, or emotional eating, I help you understand how your food, stress, emotions, and energy patterns may be contributing—and support you with gentle practices, personalized meals, and intuitive insight.
